How Does It Work
Gonadorelin is a hormone that is produced naturally by the hypothalamus in the brain. It is also known as gonadotrophin-releasing hormone or GnRH.Gonadorelin stimulates the pituitary gland in the brain to release the sex hormones luteinising hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). In women, FSH stimulates the production of oestrogen and the development of eggs in the ovaries. LH stimulates the ovaries to release an egg (ovulation). In men, LH stimulates the testicles to produce the hormone testosterone and FSH stimulates the testicles to produce sperm. Gonadorelin is given by injection to check whether the pituitary gland is producing LH and FSH in the correct levels. This can help in the diagnosis of various hormonal disorders, including infertility, delayed puberty and hypogonadism.Application

Sermorelin (INN) (trade name is Geref), also known as GHRH (1-29), is a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue used as a diagnostic agent. It is a 29-amino acid polypeptide representing the 1-29 fragment from endogenous human GHRH, and is thought to be the shortest fully functional fragment of GHRH. It is used as a diagnostic agent to assess growth hormone (GH) secretion. Sermorelin acetate is the acetate salt of an amidated synthetic 29-amino acid peptide (GRF 1-29 NH 2 ) that corresponds to the amino-terminal segment of the naturally occurring human growth -releasing hormone (GHRH or GRF) consisting of 44 amino acid residues. It stimulates the pituitary gland to naturally produce increased amounts of human growth . Sermorelin Acetate is a truncated analog of a growth releasing factor (GRF 1-44) that is naturally produced by the brain to stimulate pituitary production of human growth . The increased volume of human growth () produced by the pituitary gland causes an increase in the production of Insulin-Like Growth -1 (IGF-1) by the liver and results in the benefits of treatment provided to the adult patient.Usage
Sermorelin, along with the other peptides you will use, comes as a delicate lyophilized powder that should be kept out of the light and in a cool dry place. Reconstitution is done with bacteriostatic water (BC water) or sodium chloride meant for injection. Injections can be administered one hour before workout at a dose of 200mcg-300mcg.
